In 2024 and continuing into this year, The Art of Change collaborated with 3S Artspace to create and implement a new audience development strategy focusing on their visual arts program for the space.

Serving as a thought partner to the Executive Director and select Board of Directors members, to further develop their resources we launched the Gallery Committee, optimized key moments, defined the key events where the organization’s leadership needed to have a presence, and identified and leveraged partnerships.

This initiative paved the way for increased visibility of and engagement with current and potential visual arts donors for this multi-faceted organization.

3S Artspace in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a nonprofit contemporary arts organization that combines a mixed use performance space, a large art gallery, a lobby gallery, the Shop at 3S featuring bespoke goods and wares, and the restaurant partner Barrio. 3S is a local hub for creativity, ideal as a gathering place for all.
